Absolutely the best light beer I've ever had. I prefer dark beer and this has a similar taste. I can drink light beer and feel like I'm drinking a dark beer. Extremely happy with this beer! gripweed57 (2796) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - AUG 7, 2017
From old tasting notes. Brassy gold with giant bubbles lead to a foamy white head. Light grainy tart malt nose. Faint sweet malt flavor upfront. Highly carbonated. Tangy grainy malt middle. Gassy light hop finish with a brief semisweet aftertaste. wlajwl (7010) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - APR 16, 2017
Aroma and flavor is mild corn/malts, mild/medium sweetness and no aftertaste. slowrunner77 (12586) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 20, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 24, 2014 light corn and skunk...gotta drink ice cold to be enjoyed, but it’s possible. Still popular with the fam in NY when they’re not drinking Canadian. Headbanger (4020) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2014
12oz can (Old Notes)-Pours a light clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of grains. Taste of sweetness and corn. This is not a very good light beer.

12 oz can. From can. Minneapolis.
Appearance: clear pale. Small head.
Aroma: metal, grains, bad.
Taste: mild sweetness.
Palate: thin, low carbonation.
Overall: pretty terrible. Patrickctenchi (6691) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - SEP 6, 2013
Pale, clear, bubbly gold with a tall cloud-like head.
Lemony sour grain malt aroma.
Mild grain....sweet flavor.
Soft, innocuous, weak...
No real bad traits..just very, very, light....
Pretty nice taste for such a cheap beer. drowland (8939) - Georgia, USA - DEC 16, 2012
12/16/12. 12oz can from Warehouse in Albany, GA. Drank it straight from the can like our forefathers. Damn right. The aroma is corn chips, metal, and pale malt. Light corn chip, metal, and apple peel in the flavor. Not all that terrible, surprising. ronaldtheriot (1978) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - OCT 3, 2012
Stroh’s Light has a thick, stark-white head and a clear, slightly bubbly, golden appearance with even a bit of lacing left behind. The aroma is faint, with light, sweet grain. The flavor is similar- very standard light beer taste. Bitterness is practically nil. The mouthfeel is light and watery, and Stroh’s Light finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, dry, and highly drinkable. For a light beer it’s excellent. Overall pretty good. RJT

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2012 Metallic corn aroma. Almost no color. Very smooth, a little too thin. Very neutral taste with little offer, goes down like water. Not too bad. Weak at 3% though.
