Pretty good american standard that's also affordably priced. Much more flavor than most american standards. Way better than PBR or anything that Bud, Coors, Miller puts out. If you like the American Standard style, give Stroh's a try.
Brewed nicely to style.looks pretty, and actually has a little hoppiness.this pabst version tastes better than the original.a very good american lager. Ronritter (724) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - DEC 23, 2016
Cut and paste all these mass produced beers would have a hard time telling any of them apart Chudwick (3205) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - MAY 26, 2016
Can - corn and light grass. Can wait to have the other 14 while camping and canoeing. Gonna be awesome. Bricks (1124) - Delaware, USA - MAY 13, 2016
It’s quite typical for domestic swill. A little corny, but has a decent amount of malt to balance it out. It’s actually not bad at all. johnnymusky (983) - Minnesota, USA - FEB 26, 2016
Memory rating...not good by any means but drinkable if on a budget or a cheap buzz while on the lake...

Bottle, Ann Arbor, MI via Plum Market. Pale yellow. Sweet pepper aroma. Subdued honey spice flavour, corn and more sweetness in the finish. I think it’s one of the better cheap ones. bubblehouse (1527) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - AUG 7, 2015
One of the better cheap can beers. When you have to rough it though this is the way to do it. Eurlager (28) - New York, USA - MAY 3, 2015
UPDATED: MAY 17, 2015 Well, Pabst BC owns Stroh’s, but Strph’s is better tasting than PBR, in my opinion, and costs a few dollars less than PBR, for a 12pk. Also, it beats any of the BMC beers.

Terrible stuff. But not more terrible than wierque. Drank this to keep myself awake during a boring dive safety video in Utila, Honduras. The local Honduran lager is better than this by a long shot, and that’s not saying a lot. Can. ignatiuswriter (4) - Flint, Michigan, USA - DEC 22, 2014 does not count
I’m not going to rate this beer like I would for a microbrew. This beer is simply not in the same category as those beers. Its simple and its cheap. It tastes like a classic American Lager and it is very light. Overall I enjoy Stroh’s and I regularly drink the beer at bars and at home.
