COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Post-Kari (3,5%) är en ljus ale bryggd på engelsk pale alemalt, karamellmalt och münchnermalt. Humlen är amerikansk Bravo och jästen är engelsk. Post-Kari är ett öl med låg alkoholhalt men med mycket smak. Vi tycker att det är ett bra matöl och kanske särkilt lämpat till lite kraftigare smaker, som t. ex. sommarens olika grillrätter.

Ar: Grass, straw, spiciness, bread, minerals, earthy hops, hint of vanilla, metallic. Ap: amber colour, big off-white head, lacing. F: metallic, spruce, medium bitterness, grapefruit, pine, earthy, grainy, bit short aftertaste. P: Lively carbonation, average mouthfeel. T: Once again a low alcohol from Strömsholms That impresses.

500ml bottle from ICA Liljeholmen, ABV 2.8%. Hazy amber with a medium size off-white head, good lacing. Sweet malty aroma, slightly smoky, honey, red apple and leather. Soft and gentle mouthfeel, mild carbonated. Malty and sweet taste, caramel, dark honey, bread, hay, red apples, leather and black tea. Well made.

Aroma: Smelling of bread, lemon, grass and yeast.
Appearance: A hazy amber colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting brown bread, orange marmalade, peel and grass.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a dry finish.
Overall: Very nice and clever for 3.5 %.
Note: Bottle 500 ml at home. Reviewed 2014-03-03.

500 ml bottle. Bright amber with massive orange-white pillow. Aroma malty with notes of burnt sugar. Taste is rich and full concidering the abv. Same notes of burnt sugar and caramel.

500ml bottle. Pours a medium gold, with a white head. Malty, spicy aroma, hops, citrus, peas, marmalade. Dry, light to medium body, medium bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty taste, slightly earthy with hints of peas and soap/chlorine, peas, yeast, citrus, caramel. Quite OK for a 3,5%ABV, but hints of off flavours. Whoever entered this as a mild??? (2012-12-20)
