Hazy amber beer, small off white head. Crisp and semi dry palate. Bitterish pine with a trace of citrus and a definite apple note. Okay malt base. Touch of red berry fruits. Semi dry finish with the bitterness ramping up. Bit of a dichotomy this beer, nice flavours but skewed by the apple.
Bottled. Slightly reddish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, some spruce, mild wood, toffee and mild floral and grassy notes. Flavour is floral and grassy bitterness with some mild wood, toffee and slight herbal notes. Mild bitterness in the finish. JanLaursen (3227) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2012
Slightly hazy red copper with a massive off-white head. Heavy fruity hoppy aroma - peach, passionfruit, caramel from the malts. Flavor follows the nose. A whiff of cocoa. Berry accents. Dry, slightly astringent, medium bitter finish. Oily texture, average carbonation, olio (10159) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 3, 2012

Pours a deep amber colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of strong tart lingonberries, grass and herbal notes. Flavour of strong lingonberries, herbs, grassy hops, overly ripe mango and some maltiness. Medium bodied, hard carbonation and a rough, dry, high bitter finish. Too old or slightly contaminated? Nevertheless not that bad.
Pours a medium amber, with a beige head.
Hoppy, malty aroma, caramel, resin, apricot, yeast, toffee.
Dry, medium body and bitterness, balanced CO2.
Malty, spicy taste, caramel, yeast, hops, apricot, toffee, earth.
Finishes on a yeasty, slightly sour note. Not fully balanced.

Pours clear very dark amber with a fine, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is spicy and herbal. Some caramel malts, citrus, almost notes of caraway. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and quite dry mouthfeel. Flavour has spiciness, very bitter, some caramel, light vinious. Quite unbalanced, really.
Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. ARoma of grass, caramel, herbs and light flowers. Flavour is a bit astringent. Loads of grass and herbs. Caramel, light sweetness and some grape. Medium bodied. Sharp dry and herbal bitterness in the end. Is a bit rough and edgy.
