On tap @ Kick. Unclear orange body with a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Nice fresh aroma with citric and tropical fruit. Flavor is refreshing as well, fruity, light pale malt and balanced bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Nothing really extraordinary just simply a well-made, no nonsense pale ale.

Palme (4902) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 2, 2014
On tap @ Henrik. Looks really inviting with a nice big near fluffy, no it can only be described as a super-fluffy white head on top of a cloudy honey orange looking body. Lots of fresh flowers and mild citrus on the nose. Smells quite delicate. Green papaya with honey melon, flowers and soft wet grass. I likealot. It’s quite high on the carbonation this, almost a tad fizzy and aggressive in the mouth and it has a light oily mouthfeel. Yeah, this I how I want my hoppy pale ales. Really sharp and stingy on the hops. It tastes just as fresh as the aroma lead to believe. Lots of grassy bitter hops here, well accompanied by green pine cones, grapefruit bitterness without the grapefruit flavor and tones of apricots. Really flavorful and just what I needed! 14.03.2014

Brewdog Shoreditch. Keg. Hazy amber beer, small off white head. Palate is minerally crisp. Smoothbthin malt with a touch of dry cream. Orangey hops that ramp up in bitterness. There is a little fresh orange and some pith but it’s mostly peel. Light crisp dry finish. Not bad but I thought Stronzo would do something more interesting.
