Bottle, 50 cl: Slightly hazy pale beer with a diminishing but frothy white head. Very floral and fruity aroma with notes of orangezest, grass, coriander and sweaty armpit. Light sweet taste with light bitterness and a light sour note. Light body, oily texture, quite lively carbonation and a slightly astringent, light bitter finish. Refreshing, wellmade, delicious, modern take on the witbier-style.. charlotte (5416) - rødovre, DENMARK - DEC 16, 2011

Bottle. Unclear hazy straw yellow with dense white head. Aroma initially grape, then coriander and orange peels after a while the carmomille is noted as well. Taste first quite dry and hoppy then wheat and oranges. Finish a bit dry and hoppy. Too hoppy for the style but otherwise fine. KoNrRiI (1606) - Århus, DENMARK - JUN 18, 2012
0.5 bottle. Spicy aroma, citrus and herbs are predominant, coriander, scents of vanilla and banana, to sum up this is one hell of an elaborate and pleasant nose. Yellowish and hazy with some sort of yeasty suspension, topped with a small white head. Taste is obviously sweet as usual for this kind, some sourness accompanies and gives the beer character. Body is light and the texture only slightly creamy mostly thin. Carbonation is below average but slightly too high for the subtlety of taste. I would regard finish as short and simple. All in all the beer is pretty good and follows the Witbier class nicely though slightly more resemblant to German Hefeweizen. gnoff (10838) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 20, 2013
