Bottle dated Feb2014. Initial off aromas mellow to bready. Pours a reddish amber with slight haze. Small, fresh white head with decent retention. Well-balanced flavour, moderately dry with gentle bitterness. Peppery notes on finish. Fullish body with reasonable carbonation. Overall a fairly drinkable bitter with no real distinguishing features. dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - JUL 13, 2013
The spicy finish is nice but the beer is thick and somewhat muddled. Not refreshing, not overtasty.

Light to medium sweet flavor with some spicy pine, toasty dough, mellow caramel. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Hand-pulled pint in The Green Man: the club bar at Forest Green Rovers football ground. An hour before Grimsby Town beat them on 5 Mar 2013.
Sadly it was poured into a plastic ’glass-like’ container.
An off-white head of foam sat on top of an amber/old gold body.
Aroma is both fruity and earthy with a mild biscuity undertone.
The taste was also on the fruity side with a semi-sweet caramel feel to the overall flavour: it had a short bitter finish and I would gladly have had another if I hadn’t been driving.
My first beer from this brewery: hope it isn’t the only one I get to try. thomat (4140) - Gteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 29, 2012
