Pours a golden unclear beer with a good white head. Smells fresh, hops and metal. Tastes fruity, metal and hops. Average carbo, thin body and a watery texture.

Drunk from 33cl bottle bought from organic shop near place Pinoy. Enjoyable cloudy triple ale.

17/08/2016 @home - 33cl bottle from a bioshop in Brussels South railway station. Clear golden, nice carbonation, fixed creamy white foam. Nose is sweet malty, spices, some dusty grain. Taste is average tripel : sweet malty, spices. Easy going down. Too easy.

33cl draft at a bio beer pop-up bar in Ghent (21 VII 2016), drank as "Modeste". A golden, bit hazy brew with creamy white foam. The nose has keen hints of cellar, malts and herbs. The mouthfeel is lovely dry-ish, with lots of non-fruity hops. The bitters are quite sharp, resulting into an abrupt, very dry finish. Abrupt, yet with a lingering alcohol sensation. Good.

0.33 bottle.
A hazy, deep gold color with a small, white head. Aroma of butter, biscuits, and dough - it is a tad sugary with some cookie dough to boot. A sweet, yeasty taste with spices, dough, and vanilla. A medium body, a slick texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is long, sweet, and a tad more alcoholic than expected. Overall the beer is not bad but neither does it impress too much.

F: not very big, white, quick gone to thin film. C: yellowish, hazy. A: some sour, lemon/citrusy, lemon peels, some floral hops, yeast. T: 0,33l bottle from organic shop in Bruxelles, very refreshing, malty/hoppy, citrusy, some coriander and may be some green peppery, surprising great for the organic beer, worth to try, medium body, lively carbo.

Nogal een zwaar bier, zeer traag te drinken, weinig of geen schuimkraag. Het valt nog mee.

The aroma let me think "oh god no, not a lambic", because of the acidic note. Luckily, it’s far from that. In mouth, first it taste like lemon beer, something easy to drink and refreshing. Then it evolves in something a little more complex than a "blanche" beer. It is worth the try.

Acid - geuze like aroma. Unfiltered and regular head. Citrus like taste. Refreshing summer brew.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Mild fruity, toasted malty and slight phenolic. Bitter, grassy and slight phenolic fruity. Smooth toasted finish.

Robe dorée. Nez assez discret, miel, notes de levures. Bouche assez simple, bulle discrète, finale levurée. Un bière assez simple sans grand intérêt.
