77ships (10844) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 8, 2012
25 cl. draft @ Le Bier Circus - still curious if a Belgian brewery can make a good, pilsner - this is probably not it, slightly better than the general swill but still not all that awesome - golden, clear, reasonable whit head -smell is grains, light lager yeast, touch of hops - standard for ilk, grains upfront, light mellow, touch pale malts hint sweet, body is also lightly grainy, touch spice, light floral hops, touch yeast, light grass in the back.

brokensail (16631) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Pale straw pour with a white head. Sweet grain and corn notes on the nose along with some sweet fruit esters of apple and white grape. A touch of yeast and straw, too. Flavor is a bit watery, but there’s a lot of grain and corn sweetness. Some white grape, light apple, and yeast on the finish. No real hop flavor, maybe just some straw/grass.

jfb (6575) - GERMANY - OCT 6, 2012
(bottle) pours a clear yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of heavy powdered sugar, white grapes and bread dough, with a light pepperiness. flavour is mostly the same, powdered sugar, light cooked vegetables and grass, with hints of cake base and a slightly tart minerally finish. light to medium-bodied with average carbonation.

bhensonb (15630) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 3, 2012
Bottle at 4.9% from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with a slight white head. Aroma of grassy and herbal hops. Med body. Flavor is lightly bready, and there’s a good dose of noble hop. It is crisp and clean. However, it needs just more grassy hop to put it up there with the top runners. Finishes fairly dry.

3.2

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of Pils malt, dust, grain, slight noble hops, and a hint of citrus. Poured pale yellow in color with a small, creamy, dense white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Clear/slightly hazy. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of grain, noble hops, Pils malt, and some corn. Light body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Dry, lightly sweet, slightly dry, Pils malt, noble hop, grain, corn finish is dry.

Drake (14063) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 7, 2011
Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA on 6/27/11. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized creamy white head. Lots of visible carbonation. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of pale malts and grassy hops. The taste is pretty much the same. Creamy mouthfeel, well balanced. Pretty nice beer.

3.9
birrabona (221) - ITALY - JUL 25, 2011
Foam especially beautiful, soft maltiness, light-bodied with smooth, delicate, fragrant, taste very honest, balanced dry finish.
