Deep red body. No head. Nose is full of bright fruits: cherries, cranberries, raspberries. Perhaps some rose vinous notes. Relatively clean nose... no funk. Flavor opens up with a pleasant juiciness. Mildly sour with a delicate lactic acidity. A liitle thin and juice like. Would prefer some funk or oak to balance out the sweet bright fruits. That would push this into the realm of truly memorable. Draft at farmers cabinet with Vinny during PBW. Pours a deep red body with no head. Aroma is cherry, cranberry and red wine. Mouthfeel is dry but nice with notes of tart cranberries and cherries, and lots of vinous flavors.

Tap at Cabinet. Pours a clear amber to brown. Taste is quite zippy, heavier mallic/tartaric acid. Sharp twang. Red wine vinous and thick oude bruin character. Delicious, savory, peppery. Long lactic finish. Soft overall. No aggressive acid character. No acetic acid. Would like to try this a few more times.
