COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Black Damnation series is a dark twist of Urbans mind. His idea is to realize a dozen beers with the use of Black Albert, and over a period of two years, that are as black as hell, filthy rich in the nose and with a massive taste.

Black Damnation II is yet another blend with the use of Hel & Verdoemenis from Brouwerij De Molen. This time a level more complex than BD I. 50% of Black Albert was used that matured for a while on whole coffee beans out of a craft Columbian coffee plantation. 25% of H&V was used that aged for 6 months on JD barrels at Struise. Another 25% of Cuve Delphine was used.

Beware: labels are the same, taste however isnt. Some bottles are recognizable because of he handwritten 2 on them.

Mighty good! Roasted and heavy malt presence. Hop bitterness on the finish with coffee and chocolate laced throughout. Great stuff. Very black and heavy.

Bottle from Bierkompass!
Pours deep black with a small brown head. Aroma is very earthy malty, with lots of coffee. Taste has earthy malts, brown sugar and coffee. Finish has some yeast, strong coffee notes as well as strong burnt roasted malts!

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Dzikie, czekoladowe, nieco zbyt jednowymiarowo słodkie. Świetna kawa.

330ml bottle (?, ?) BB2015/
Kinda beany aroma, some burnt cabbage, bit of coffee, other roasty things.. Black, small tan head. Sweet smooth palate. Sweet sugary taste too. Erm, this one hasnt aged particularly well, the sugar hasnt subsided at all. Fairly drinkable though, but nothing to get excited by.Wish Id traded this...

330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Very dark brown almost black color. Medium size, brown head, stays. Alcohol, roast, very dark chocolate, herbal and very faint coffee in aroma. Sweet, sugary, coffee, chocolate cake, milky in taste. Sweet milk chocolate in aftertaste. Soft roasty bitterness. Alcohol is kind of covered. Feels bit dead. But solid brew.

Bottle shared at deansos. Thick black pour with a tan head with poor retention. Notes of dried fruit, cocoa, chocolate and sherry. Nice mouthfeel. Full body, low carbonation, bitter-sweet finish. I had tried this 3 years ago, it wasnt this good.

Quite fruity with lots of chocolate, and also light dusty. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with slick feel and low carbonation.
