Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very nice, vanilla, sweet, caramel, malty, bit roasted. Taste: sweet, molasses, spicy, some caramel, sugary alcohol. Aftertaste: bit sourish, more alcohol, spicy, pretty bitter, roasted, fruity touch.

Nice light brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, dark malts, cocoa, broth, grass, minerals, oak, bark, alcohol, weeds, hay, hints of smoked beef. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, dark malts, ashes, metal tank, oak, grass, bark, paper, smoked beef. Medium bitterness, slightly watery ashy mouthfeel. Fair enough.
Great series. Aromas and flavors were great with heavy roasted malt, sweet rum and a slight tartness. Peach did not come out that much. Beautiful beer with full fluid palate. bytemesis (9345) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - FEB 11, 2017
Bottle from the first batch released as 750 ml. Big time gusher on opening, unfortunately as expected. Pours opaque black, medium creamy brown head, dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is roast, hints of acetone, cocoa, vinous notes, molasses, rum. Flavor is light tart, medium sweet, medium plus bitter, roasty. Fully body, high carbonation. Much better than anticipated.

750 ml. Big strong roast, oak, slight coffee, dark chocolate. Can tell that there is some strong booze lurking underneath, but it is well masked and super smooth. Didn’t get the Belgian abbey yeast that i got out of 2 3 or 4, fortunately. Medium or slightly thicker than average for a big imperial stout. Sammy (12846) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 1, 2016

Way under rated here...Pours a dark mahogany brown with fluffy tan head. Aromas of dark malts, tobacco, and some funk. Flavors of sour barrel, dark malts and fruits.
