Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Very spicy nose, coriander and lavender - is this only a yeast job?? Medium body, subtle carbonation, a very, very dry fruitiness that ends almost astringent. Again a distinct spicyness. Interesting. 130612 madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 23, 2013

Very hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is crispy and a little dry. Bretty start, quite strong. Mild orange - lemon citrus underneath. Then dry seltzer and brett minerals dominate. Dry finish.
Bottle. Murky pale orange color, large fluffy white head, solid lacing. Aroma of orange peel and sourdough bread. Taste is smooth citrus, softly sour citrus and summer fruits. Nice. cgarvieuk (24488) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 3, 2012

Bottle during the Semi-Final Tasting at my place, London. Thanks, Bruce for bringing this one from Belgium. Pours a pale, cloudy yellow with a large, white foam head. Strong herbal nose with some yeast and faint citrus. Medium sweet flavor with lots of herbs and spice, light grassy bitters, citrus rind, some dough. Light bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Lightly bitter finish with some dough, yeast, lots of herbal hops, and lemon. Very drinkable. Classic saison.
