Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours hazy orange-amber, with a thin white head. The nose is white vinegar, tart, acidic burn, lighter fluid and Big Mac sauce. The taste is very tart, cherry, red grape, white vinegar, lemon and Big Mac sauce, with a long sour finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and high acidity. Not complex, but tasty stuff. On tap at CBC. Pours hazy amber with no head. The aroma is pure vinegar and so is the flavour. Extremely sour. I need it on a salat and not in a glass for drinking. anders37 (26605) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 31, 2012

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Deep slightly hazy orange body, small white head. Aroma is intense vinegar and lactic acidic tones, and nut much else. Taste is apple vinegar, straw, lemon and lactic acidic bacteria. Some salty minerals in the aftertaste. Extreme, but interesting. This is maybe the purest form of vinegar I’ve felt in a beer, and one of the Struise people at their tap wagon commented jokingly that this is a beer to pour over your salad. Not far from the truth! :-) thewolf (12591) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 22, 2012
Tap @ CBC, 2012.
Pours light hazy amber with a small, frothy, off-white film head. Aroma has apple vinegar, cherries, mild tartness, kinda funky and some caramel sweetness. High carbonation, powerful dry mouthfeel. Flavour has plenty of funk, cherries, still some apple vinegar making it kinda burning sharp in the finish. Fresh.
