Bottle poured by Urbain the Maestor at the schoolhouse.
Dark maroon color with a smallish tan head and moderate lacing.
Aroma of smoke and cocoa powder, with a background of bourbon and oak.
Smooth flavor with subtle smoke and bourbon, background only, and a finish of chocolate.
Always a pleasure to drink with the master. Drinkability improved drastically when Urbain did his special blend with Woodford Reserve bourbon. Aroma was amazing, but taste was relatively unaffected, except for a bump in the body. Urbain, we saw you sneak the reminder of the bourbon from the glass! cgarvieuk (25984) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 19, 2009

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Very black, beige head. Slight menthol aroma. Sweet and full bodied withsome asphalt. the whisky flavour is quite subtle, but takes the sharp edges of Black Albert and stills some of the inheritent brutality. Licorice mingles with bourbon in a careful finish. A tamed monster. madmitch76 (25537) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2012
