Is an outstanding cloudy blond beer, unflitered and unpasteurized. It has a great round taste and a fine hoparoma. This blond beer has a dry aftertaste with a nice freshness in the end. De Struise Brouwers brewing @ Deca Brewery in Woesten-Vleteren.

Draft notes. Hazy straw pour with off white head. Nose was yeasty pale malt, hops, florals, more hops and fruit in the flavor,

olsvammel (7304) - Örebro, SWEDEN - APR 19, 2016
Bottle at Örebro Ölcafé. Fruity and yeasty smell. Similar taste with a bready malty aroma. Nice and tasty.

Kr1zz (402) - BELGIUM - APR 15, 2016
Bottle bought at Struise Beershop in Brugge.
Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Almost no carbonation, dunno if this is intentionel or not but, it was a pleasant one to drink.
Orange zeste with a pleasant fruity taste, spices and a medium dry bitter finish.

Bottle from Struise in Belgium. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Hoppy, malty, yeasty aroma. Tastes vaguely hoppy, malty, yeasty, dry with a slight bitterness. Improved as it went on. Decent.

Acid303 (674) - Barcelona, CATALONIA, - DEC 30, 2015
33cl bottle, served in tulip glass. Pours golden with very small white head. Aroma is caramel, ripe fruit and yeast. The flavour has an extra-cereal character that certainly works, very balanced and peculiar. The palate is dry, moderately bitter and almost no sweetness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad.

Renobob (2064) - Besançon, FRANCE - DEC 5, 2015
Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Blonde classique belge. Maltée, peu houblonnée. Ensemble correcte sans plus.

Hanoi (975) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - DEC 2, 2015
Bottle. Nose is yeast, fruity esters, herbal hop notes, grass. Taste soft fruitiness, straw, very strong yeast, dough, with a dry herbal and lime finish.

It’s a passable blond Belgian ale. I’ve always been fascinated to try struise’s beers for the local market, and I’m a little underwhelmed. Perhaps it’s better on tap locally.

Sehr trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, trockene Früchte, helles Malz. Geschmack leicht rauchig, trockene Früchte, Citrusfrüchte, interessant.

33cl bottle shared at home. Hazy yellow / orange with a small white head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Medium sweetness and subtle bitterness. Yeast, citrus, tropical fruits, herbs and spices. An ok blonde brew.

Bottle from a coworker traveling abroad.
They knew I liked the brewer, but this is weak sauce for them. A yeasty and sweetish fruity blonde ale. Ok by style standards but weak for Struisse.
