Bottle. Pours a hazy blonde beer with a small white head on top. Aroma is bready, light lemon, yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet, very flat and one-dimensional. Easy drinkable, soft mouthfeel and rather boring to be honest. Was expecting way more from Struise.

33cl bottle. Hazy pale yellowish colour with a thin white head. Spices, orange, floral and yeast in the aroma. Average to soft carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is more on the sweet side with malty and fruity notes at front and some sourness at finish. Overall, a nice beer.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2014 0.33 bottle. Hazy, dark gold color and a small, white head. Aroma of fruits, yeasts, leather, barnyard, and a hint of alcohol. Taste is relatively sweet with pale malts in the forefront, some fruity notes later, and delicate sourness in the end. Medium body, a tad creamy texture, and soft carbonation. Finish is delicate with the same leather, fruit, and pale malts as before. Overall the beer is good although it purports to be more than it really is.

33 cl. bottle poured in to a Tulip. Lightly hazy, deep golden colour with a thin, dense white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, sweet fruits - apricot, peaches - herbal hops and spices. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter - as claimed on label. A good fruitiness. Lovely Blonde with a good drinkability.
