31st July 2010. ChrisOs Pre GBBF - ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Hazy pale gold beer, foamy white head. Light citrus in some creamy malt. A dash of spice. Finishes dry. Very drinkable. Has aged well. sm89walt (2065) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - AUG 15, 2010
Bottle @ Chriso’s pre-GBBF ’Raise the Roof’ Tasting ’10. Hazy yellow with a small and fluffy white head. Creamy sweet on the nose; yeast, wheat, lemon and orange aromas. Quite creamy again on the tongue, notes of vanilla, banana and Belgian esters. Really lovely mouthfeel, light to medium body, soft though quite dry on the palate with low to medium carbonation. Not much of the 10% makes it onto the tongue but there’s definite body at the same time as being light and ’drinkable’. hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 1, 2010
Bottle at chriso’s pre- GBBF ’Raise the Roof’ Shindig ’10. Bottle dated 2005, numbered ’195 - limited edition’. Hazy pale gold with a white head. Spicy bubbly aroma. Sweet, vinous alcoholic taste. Very delicious, like champagne. Happy New Year (despite the fact it’s July). Ungstrup (37587) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2009
Bottled. An unclear light yellow beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus, straw, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit and alcohol, as well as meidum notes of citrus and dusty hops.
Malzig, etwas ruppig.

Richmond Summer Gathering. 2005 vintage, #125, corked, capped and plastic-dipped big honkin’ magnum bottle courtesy of The_Beer_God. Hazy lemon with a huge white head. Yeasy and fruity nose, a bit funky, sweet malt. Bready flavors, yeasty and a little funky. Dry, dry dry finish. Excellent foamy white lace rings. Seemed to improve and become a bit more complex as it warmed. Nice! This was the bottle I kept nipping off... jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - AUG 10, 2008
