Bottle 2005 @ Kerstbierfestival 2006 in Essen, BE. Hazy golden / yellow color with virtually none white head. Aroma is malty, fruity and alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a avarage duration. Finish is light alcoholic.

1.5 L bottle (006). Heavy gussing bottle when opened, almost half of it disappeared as foam :( Far more mellow aroma and flavour than the dangerous blond and a more dry bitterhop finish.

[email protected]_o shindig. 2005 vintage. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is wheat, sourness, alcohol and a lot of fruits and spices. Flavour is big spicyness, alcohol and lots of citrusfruit. Long alcohol burn in the aftertaste. Pleasant!

Magnum, bottle 81, courtesy of kraddel, thank you! Gusher. Cloudy yellow color, massive white head. Aroma of rising raw bread dough, lemon, honey. Taste is sweet lemon, straw. A shadow of its former self, still very drinkable, but it’s evident it was a good one while young.

Bottled at RBESG. Cloudy pale golden, airy head. Yeasty nose with biter orange and vanilla. Sweet and surprisongly spritzyand light feeling for a 10% beer. There’s warming alcohol underneath cottony vanilla and citrus. Low bitterness. An elegant peppery lively beer.

31st July 2010. ChrisOs Pre GBBF - ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Hazy pale gold beer, foamy white head. Light citrus in some creamy malt. A dash of spice. Finishes dry. Very drinkable. Has aged well.

(Bottle 150 cl) Bottle # 003. Label claims 10% alcohol. Pours a hazy, pale golden - looks almost like a witbier. Extremely lively, the rough and dense head keeps on flowing. Fruity and fresh aroma. Solid body, but not overly so. Lightly sweet malts with only a very subdued bitterness. Almost champagne-like. I really enjoyed this a lot. 240207
