Draught @ Brasserie 4:20, Via Portuense 82, Roma, Italy.
Unclear medium amber color with a average to large, creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry, tart, balsamico. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate acidic and vinegar acetic with a long duration, mustard, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
From tap at 4:20. Pours hazy dark brown to deep amber with a small, creamy and tan head. Aroma is paint and chemicals. Lacto, cherry fruity and citric to acidic. Acidic to citric, fruity and milky. Slight chemical into a mild lacto finish, subdued acidic. Chemical finish. Strange. Ungstrup (37309) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 18, 2010
Draft. An unclear brown beer with a dense beige head. The aroma has notes of wood, brettanomyces, and fruits. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, wood, malt, and caramel, leading to a tart finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2010
On tap. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a dense and creamy beige head. Tart aroma, some Balsamico. Medium body, dry yet sweet’n’tart with dried fruit and notes of wood. Fairly tart finish with lots of acetone. An interesting but not very classic Flemish Red. 030610 madmitch76 (24388) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 19, 2010
3rd June 2010. On tap at Brasserie 4:20. Cheers to Struise for supplying this special beer. Wish I had the palate to appreciate it! Cloudy amber beer. Tiny white head. Very light dry palate. Sourness that reminded me very much of Duchesse but also has a lot of herbal bitterness going on. There is also a little glue and a trace of milk chocolate. It’s alright but just a little to herbal for me.

Blend of Pannepot 2005 Reserva and Earthmonk
Dark color, almost black, with a beautiful creamy head. Very strange aroma, with cream, tomatoes, sour and fermented fruits. Good body strength; sweet caramel flavor, with light fruits, wood, sourness, acetone. In the final, it’s a bit drier, and some darker malts manage to appear; creamy. A very complex beer, but difficult too.
Tap at Brasserie 4:20, Roma, 22/06/13.
Dark mahogony brown with a beige covering.
Nose is light balsams, soured dark fruits, toffee, woody, big dirty sour wafts.
Taste comprises tarte fruits, soured dates and prunes, woody notes, dry rot, sharp fruit notes, booze.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, boozey finish.
Solid enough sour but a little over boozey for me. Dedollewaitor (16056) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 18, 2010
