TEJA (3257) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 13, 2014
Sampled at Stockholm beer and whisky 2013.
Small light beige head. Light clowdy golden color. Small but a very typical belgian aroma. Perfect balance of belgian taste and a dry finnish. This should be the description on how a tripple should taste. BeerandBlues2 (13816) - Escondido, California, USA - MAR 11, 2014
Tap at Max’s. Pours clear dark gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is biscuit and honey malt, Belgian candi sugar, pear and apple esters. Flavor is sweet malt and Belgian candi sugar, light hops and bitterness with fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium to full body and medium carbonation. KingCecil (2088) - DENMARK - MAR 4, 2014

On tap at Brugge beer festival 2014, Belgium. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Sweet, boozy, whiskey aroma. Tastes similar, sweet, boozy, whiskey, vanilla, rich tropical fruit. This was damn tasty stuff. monk191 (2023) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 1, 2014
A very nice bourbon barrel beer. Pours a nice deep orange-red with a thick tan head. Smells like bourbon and cherries. Taste starts off very smooth and creamy, but ends very boozy with more bourbon. Maybe a little too intense of a finish. Had on tap at Beer Cafe in Walnut Creek. j12601 (13099) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JAN 13, 2014
Bottle at James’ place for A Clocking New Years! Pours a somewhat hazed amber gold with a thin to medium sized white head that deflates steadily. Big and malty on the nose, spicy malt. A hint of citrus. Medium-bodied, soft sweetness, a bit of citrus which I could be convinced was tangerine, but has some pineapple. Malty, a bit of oxidization, touches of citrus and caramel. Nose doesn’t come through into the rest of the beer. Jow (4087) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JAN 5, 2014
Bottle at clocking new year. Pours hazy amber with nose of vanilla and fruit. Tastes of vanilla, peach, lemon, yeasty, oak, and booze. Pretty sweet with alcohol finish.
