Ingredients: Barley malt, hops, cane sugar, yeast and spices. Aged in oak barrels
225 litres (four barrels) of Tsjeeses were aged on oak for 6 months.

Cloudy orange colour with a white head. malty, spicy aroma with yeast and alcohol sweet notes, some pepper and oak hints. Malty, fruity and spicy flavor with notes of oak. Light dry yeasty finish.

Piwo koloru bursztynowego, klarowne, z beżową pianką. W aromacie karmel, przyprawowość, morela, delikatna wanilia. Ogólnie- zapach średnio intensywny. W smaku o dziwo dosyć kwaśno i niestety czuć gwoździa. Oprócz tego zielone jabłko, drewno, figa, lekki goździk. Beczki po bourbonie nie jestem w stanie namierzyć. Na finiszu ziołowa goryczka i mydlana wanilia. Nie jest to totalna katastrofa, ale dosyć słabe to piwo.

Familie van? Ja, denk ik wel, maar duidelijk minder subtiel. De bourbon hakt erin vanaf de eerste reuk tot de verre nasmaak. Lekker, maar minder was meer geweest, denk ik.

Aroma: pretty complex and liquor-ish, with sweet marmalade, dried fruits, alcohol spiciness, subtle oak and candied sugar. Taste is nice as well, sweet and potent with typical belgian flavors like raisins, figs, dates, oak, light peppery notes, alcohol heat. Feels like winter: boozy, warm and spiced. Nice seasonal.

Bottle 2016. Hazy amber pour. Small off-white head. Aroma: highly vinous, big dried fruit, caramel, nectar, some fruity hops. Full-bodied. Medium sweet taste. Complex malts, rich dried fruit, nectar, reminds of a barley wine at some points. Low bitterness. Delicious.

Notes of caramel, raisins, sweet spices, dried fruits, trace of banana, tannins and a hint of bourbon. Palate: medium bodied, oily texture and medium carbonation. Pretty sweet and not very complex
