Ingredients: Barley malt, hops, cane sugar, yeast and spices. Aged in oak barrels
225 litres (four barrels) of Tsjeeses were aged on oak for 6 months.

Unclear matt medium amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, dried fruit, candy sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, yeasty, alcohol, caramel, dried fruit, date. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20130527]

[ My Belgium Beer # 1000 ]. Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, moderate to heavy yeasty, ripe fruit, alcohol notes, woody. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. ;o)) (240508)

RBESG2008: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is solid yeasty and with a mild orange fruity note. Flavour is dry and phenolic with a solid yeasty touch and a dominant caramel malt flavour. Fruity yeasty finish with a mild wooden touch.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bourbon. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bourbon, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with sediment floating around under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of alcohol, spices, and lots of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit and light notes of spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. I think it need to mature.

Draught at Borefts Bier Festival 2013. Clear amber coloured with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and dried fruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and dried fruits with notes of hops and oak. Sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty oaky aroma with some hints of yeast and caramel. Fruity malty oaky dark fruit flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some hints of dark fruit and oak in the aftertaste.

Bottled. Hazy deep orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and also has some spices and yeast with wooden hints. Flavour is fruits, spices, wood and quite strong alcoholic notes. When the yeast is poured in, some of the alcohol notes go more mellow.

Bottle shared with craftycarl21, GT2 and Dan the Man. Cloudy variegated golden amber color, large fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of vanilla, citrus, summer fruit. Taste is smooth and silky peaches and cream, very subtle whiskey. Nice stuff.

75 cl bottle, December 2008, pulled from an obscure cobweb filled corner of Deca by Urbeer, shared with Owen, BigMomma, SeaBass and Herman the Host. Decanted. Clear golden brown, small white head, massive lacing. Aroma of apricot, pear, grapes. Taste is summer fruits, syrupy and slightly sour. Delicious!

Slightly hazy copper with a Huge foam head ... piney hope nose ... big punch up front ... loads fo yeastyness ... quite a lot of piney hops ... tiny touch of coconut and a touch of honey ... little sweetness...wonderfull mouth feel... mmmm ... When you walk into a bar and dont see a new tick ... bt se this quality of rerate .. you cant be happier ... Hazy amber ... sweet yeasty ovaltine malt nose ... rich sweet resins ... smooth deep tones ... little pine ... little malt ... smooth and Juicy ... 4.3 Bottle at home ... copper ... thin white head ... soft light open alcohol nose ... soft fruit ... light pine nose ... juicy fruits ... ligth oak ... lost a lot of the pine of the normal ... soft toffee ... nic ebut not what i remember 3.8

Bottled at the Struise farm. Hazy amber, small head. Funky orange aroma. Sweet and full bodied. Complex flavour with orange, cinnamon, honey, grain and vanilla. Very lively and fruity. Juicy with concentrated, yet remaing very drinkable. Excellent beer!

Very hazy amber beer, bordering on cloudy. Big pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Sweet dry malt, trace of wood. Mellow mellow bourbon. Mild lactose. A little spicy bubblegum ester. Dry finish with more creamy malt. Good, not spectacular.
