Bottle at Craig’s tasting. Hazy golden, tart, light toffee, sweet, barrel aging really mellows it out. bergstaden (2932) - Røros, NORWAY - MAY 15, 2014
Hazy golden with a white head - Sour aroma - Good malt body with a good sourness - The sour malts goes into a long finish -This was good zimbo (960) - SCOTLAND - APR 26, 2014
Huge head and very refreshingly sour. Pure and long with an intense floral zestiness. Long and lightly rich. An outstanding example of how to handle and use a bourbon barrel without letting the barrel dominate. cgarvieuk (24230) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 25, 2014

15.02.2014. 0,75l Bottle. RBNG-14. Pale yellow whitish colour with white head. Sour wheaty aroma. Moderate bitterness. Medium body. Flavours of wheaty malts dominated by sourness. Very fresh and sharp beer. BeerBaboon (2083) - FINLAND - MAR 7, 2014
Pours gold with white head. Aroma is bourbon, acidic, earthly and apple. Flavour is sour, bourbon, wood. Something from the original is missing but the aging has brought some earthliness, wood, vanilla and bourbon into the palette. Very good but perhaps not as good as the original.
