75 l bottle, shared at/by Joes. Hazy golden color. Almost white head, not much. Aroma’s: cork, brett/funk, band aid. Retronasal it’s light sour, herbal, band iad, brett. Flavor is light bourbon, a bit funky, light sour. Light bodied. Not really my thing.

Bottle @ home. Very unstable foam, disappears immediately. Aroma is intense sour, citrus. Taste is brett, with subtle sourness. Not as sour as you would expect. Ok beer, but a bit overhyped imo.

Tasted in July of 2013 from a 750mL bottle with the Nashville crew, big thanks to Curtis for sharing. Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head that leaves average, thin lace. The nose is nicely sour lemon with some vanilla bourbon, and a whole bunch of funk that ranges from vegetal to spicy. The flavor is not terribly sour, with some tartness, lots of funk and bourbon barrel melding nicely. 75cl bottle from trade. It pours an almost clean pale golden color with a large white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is funky and sour, lambic-like. Notes of dusty basement, lemon juice, citrus peel, big funk and brett, light notes of whisky, vanilla, booze. Taste is medium acidic and light bitter with notes of citrus juice, grapefruit, Belgian yeast, alcohol, vanilla and caramel. Finishes a bit hot, with drying eatery yeast. Overall, delicious and very close to BA lambic
