750 ml bottle shared by someone at Keith's. It opened before I got there, so I missed who opened it by a few minutes. Anyway, it pours a hazy white wine color with no head. Notes of grapes, funk, strong florals and grass and earth, lemongrass, hay, mild citrus and spice, and a weird plastic note. Light-medium bodied, with low carbonation and a funky, plasticky mouthfeel. Maybe the lemongrass is dialed up too high? Not quite to the standard of the other SFB stuff I've had.

Thanks Brennan for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing well filtered neon yellow with quickly dissipating sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately tart notes of farmhouse, lime, and lemongrass. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated with a foamy mouthfeel. Lightly tart with notes of light banana and lime with a clean farmhouse background.
