COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a blonde altbier from Cologne. It has a crisp, clean and mildly citrussy flavor. It is a pale beer with 2 row as the major contributor to the medium body. Some Munich, crystal, wheat malt. The beer is top fermented at warm ale temperatures and then cold aged like lagers. Like the wheat, a good training beer.

on tap 7/21/10. clear. vibrant pale straw with a small white head. very grainy aroma mixed with notes of dusty and sweaty feet. the flavor is more pleasant... grain, lemon, honey, floral hops, savory yeast and a spicy finish. it is medium bodied and has a little something extra to the texture. 5/3/6/3/13/3.0
