Pours a pretty cloudy light golden color. Very bubbly, effervescent head. White, about two fingers. Fizzes away quickly, leaving little more than film of head.anders37 (26726) - Malmö, SWEDEN - APR 5, 2017
Aroma is honey cracker. It smells sort of like a ginger ale and Sprite blend. It’s like a lemon lime citrusy aroma. Smells malty and sweet for sure.
Taste is salty sweet cracker. Yup. Saltiness is right, maybe a touch too sweet. It’s tart at the same time. A touch of ginger maybe, or coriander. Lemon-lime. It’s kinda soda-ish with the carbonation.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp and dry. Very barely bitter, if at all. Salty and dry. Well carbonated. Very dry finish. Feels like I’ve gargled with salt water. Maybe a tad too salty after all. Still, highly drinkable.
Overall, it’s okay. I think you could probably hide a bunch of flaws with a little extra salt, not that it has any, but then again.... It’s not remarkable, just average. I enjoyed the lemon-lime. I would recommend it. If I were wanting a gose, I would consider buying it again, simply because there’s not a lot of this style out there.
Draft @ Toronado, San Francisco, CA. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour citrus aroma. Fruity sour tart citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart citrus finish. coreyc1221 (319) - Truckee, California, USA - FEB 16, 2017
Light and limey aroma. Hazy golden color with thin white head. Nice consistency with a mellow honey and citrus background.

That’ll be me 20K then @ ChrisO’s. Thanks to Fergus. Almost clear paleish gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has mild fine carbonation. Nice light malt sweetness, a little cream. Nice mellow lemony vibe into modest generic fruits. Smooth semi dry finish. Very drinkable.
One of my favorite Gose-style beers. Like a Sierra Otra Vez but way better. Everything in balance. Very dry, but not tannic in the finish. Light malt, light citrus, solid fruit, effervescent, all in balance and integrated. Great beer for the style. Not overly tart, but present. Excellent. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a citric wilt/

Draft at The Safehouse on University. Pale yellow pour with almost no head. Tart aromas. The flavors were more bitter than tart or salty but refreshing. Just not my favorite gose.

Bottle shared at Kenny’s 20K tasting - London. Many thanks to Fergus for this one! Pours clear yellow with a mild, white cream topping. The nose has faint lemon peel and hints of rubber. Light sweet flavour, a little tangy, with some sugary dough, white bread. Light in body with average carbonation. Sweet finish with further restrained, lemony tang. Fairly restrained overall, but enjoyable.
