3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap at Congregation. White head dissolves in five minutes over fast lacing and a clear, pilsner body. Aroma is pilsner mild but straw, grass, and some process of baking whole grain bread or urine. Taste is mildly sweet becoming water with a long, mild bitter finish. There is mild umami somewhere between the aroma and the finish. Overall, very good, but there are better.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a fair head. Aroma of fresh grain, bit of citrus and malt in the background. taste of citrus, light malt sweetness and grain. nice bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, crisp, clean and refreshing. enjoyable beer that has a bit of that old world character. thegreenrooster (4402) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 29, 2015
Pour is a clear yellow with a average white head. Aroma is a dry pils malt but also a kind of sweet simple syrup to it. Flavor loses the sweetness from the aroma. The rest it your typical dry cracker malt with just enough grassy hop. Typical easy drinking soild pils neither great nor bad. vyvvy (6478) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - AUG 16, 2015
Pours light clear yellow with smaller white head. The aroma has pale pils malt, spicy hops, light herbs and touch of dough. It has a light crisp body with fairly sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with cry malt, bright minty hops, grass, minerals and crackery malt. The finish is fairly astringent. Pretty good.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2017 "a pretty decent example of the style, but definitely not a standout. had a SA Noble Pils later in the same day that i first tried this, and SA blows it away. Clean and crisp, with a nice slight malt character and a touch of hops. bubbly, but little to no head. decent."

Clear sun bleached straw yellow. The hop is so light the malt sticks out, it mellows but the flavor lasts. It has a slight bitter.
