Pours a a yellow color. Pretty good carbonation. Two finger white head. Good retention, great lacing. A little paler than typical pils.

Aroma is light lemon and light butter. Lots of cracker malt. Zesty hops.

Taste is malty. Lightly spicy hops. Good balance. Light lemon and pepper.

Mouthfeel is medium light body. A touch of slick bitterness. Slides right down.

Overall, this is a great pilsner. Not much more to say. I would recommend it and I would buy it again.

On tap at Venice Ale House on 15 October 2017. This is a clean and crisp beer that reminded me that Pilsners can have some flavour. While it looked a bit pale in the glass there was a lot more body and substance to this beer than I was expecting.

Bottle at Sunset Beer (17178 stamped...178th day of 2017? end of May?). Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy light to medium yellow. Aroma is moderately malty (grain, dog food, wort), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a light note of soap. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Could be a bit old at this point, but the malt seems really clunky/raw. A total dumper.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a fair head. Aroma of fresh grain, bit of citrus and malt in the background. taste of citrus, light malt sweetness and grain. nice bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, crisp, clean and refreshing. enjoyable beer that has a bit of that old world character.

thegreenrooster (4626) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 29, 2015
Pour is a clear yellow with a average white head. Aroma is a dry pils malt but also a kind of sweet simple syrup to it. Flavor loses the sweetness from the aroma. The rest it your typical dry cracker malt with just enough grassy hop. Typical easy drinking soild pils neither great nor bad.

vyvvy (6835) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 16, 2015
Pours light clear yellow with smaller white head. The aroma has pale pils malt, spicy hops, light herbs and touch of dough. It has a light crisp body with fairly sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with cry malt, bright minty hops, grass, minerals and crackery malt. The finish is fairly astringent. Pretty good.

Pinball (12598) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 19, 2014
clear yellow, small white head. dry, slightly malty aroma, slightly flowery, very true to style, flavor is malty, sligtly flowery, good euro hoppy bitterness, faint spicy note, faint sweetish malty note. pretty awesome us pilsener, could easily fool me for being the real thing.
