Clear golden pour with a finger of white head. Sweet and grainy nose, but some decent malt aroma of bread and dough. Light floral and spicy hops, yeast, and a touch of grass. The flavor is a bit simple and sweet. Quite grainy. As with the nose, some malt flavor and body. Very lightly hopped with just a light floral quality. No real bitterness, some mild apple esters, and a little grass on the finish. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 8, 2002

Small white head, fair retention with little to no lacing. Pale blond color. Nose is lightly grapey and grainy. Body is light/medium. Clean malts, bready notes with a light hop spiceyness. Finish is almost dry. Thanks Stephen! DYCSoccer17 (3697) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 12, 2006
.3L on tap at the brewpub. Crisp, grassy, vegetal-like nose with a mild doughiness present. Fair enough. Transparent blonde color with a large, frothy, whitish head and lots of lacing. Crisp, slightly spicy and grassy hoppiness to start. Middle has an interesting astringency to it with a bit of breadiness. Mild spiced hops make their presence again in the finish. A nice and refreshing beer. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - FEB 15, 2008
350 ml bottle from Bevmo. Light yellow with a fizzy white head. Faint malty slightly fruity aroma and taste.

On tap. Pours with a clear yellow body and a quick to fade white head. Aromas of grain, grass, lemon and pilsner malt (it seems). Flavors are bready, cornbread, pilsner malt, grassy, light lemon and a touch of salinity. Dry and light. Medium carbonation. Good but bland. No noticeable mistakes, but it isn’t memorable nor assertive. RobertDale (6471) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - FEB 16, 2016
12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a decent white head. Aroma of malt, grain, and citrus. Taste is malt, corn, lemon, and grass. Pretty good. erway (1004) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - NOV 25, 2006
On draft. Pours a clear golden with a well formed white head but very little effervescents. The aroma is spice and grass, light biscuity malts. Body is med. light with very low CO2 for the style. The flavors are on the hoppier side; again spice and grass. The finish is dry but shows a great deal of oxidation. I would like to try this bottled. Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and some malt - quite clean. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and some bread, leading to a medium bitter finish. yespr (45433) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 28, 2009
