On tap at the brewpub last week. .3L sample. Aroma has plenty of cereal, grainy, biscuity notes present. There is also a nice, but delicate, crisp, metallic and citric hop aroma present. Nice aroma. Moderate/mostly ahazy golden yellow color with an off-whitish head. Fair lacing. Dry, cereal-crunchy, grainy, start. Turns metallic and mildly bitter in the middle with some spicy noble hops to finish. A refreshing and flavorful pils.
