COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale ale. Completely authentic in style, bursting with fresh whole flower American hops and yeast. Immediately present and fragrant nose dominated by a spicy bouquet of toasted caramel, citrusy notes. Rich Copper in color, delivering that expected caramel palate, complemented by residual malty sweetness and lingering finish. Expect a world class Pale Ale.

Bit flat version of an American pale ale. Thin body of malt, with some mild hopping. Needs more power.

Small off-white head. Good lacing. Dark orange. Light malt and hoppy aroma. Moldy. Harsh bitterness. Unbalanced. Light carbonation.

Aroma: proper ale, subtle, reminds me of Mandarina Bavaria hop. Appearance: beautiful golden orange color, little foam, way too much CO2 Taste: more English than American, with strong blonde/Starkbier aftertaste, tons of vanilla, not a session beer Palate: notes of sweet hoppy bitterness, yet more prominent is the bitterness from alcohol. Disappointment. Overall: should be repackaged as English Pale Ale / Blonde Ale, good for airports but not for craft indulgence

Bottle. Pours clear orange/copper with a medium off-white head leaving nice lacing. Aroma is some caramel, bready and only very faint hops and tropical fruits. Taste is also caramel, some red fruit and a medium bitter finish. Thin to medium body and medium carbo. Lacks a bit of everything.

Golden amber color, small head. Smells clean with good flavor and light hoppy aftertaste. A good brew reminiscent if Samuel Adams Boston ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottled, Coop, Bern – Pours clear, deep-amber. Aroma of red fruits, tastes of some malt and red fruits, a gentle bitterness with some hoppy notes in the palate.

bartlebier (4032) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - MAY 18, 2013
50cl bottle courtesy of Allan, danke! - It’s toasted...Lucky Strike of a US amber ale with pleasant roasted caramel and piny hop notes, a dry mouthfeel, slight marred milky palate. Unusual aniseed notes showing up in the aftertaste rather than citrus.
