COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale ale. Completely authentic in style, bursting with fresh whole flower American hops and yeast. Immediately present and fragrant nose dominated by a spicy bouquet of toasted caramel, citrusy notes. Rich Copper in color, delivering that expected caramel palate, complemented by residual malty sweetness and lingering finish. Expect a world class Pale Ale.

Comment? My absolute favorite. To be enjoyed with very good friends only. Always have a stock somewhere. If not, go get some.

from Coop, Biel - clear dark amber-bronze beer under a long lasting and firm beige foam; correct lacework; decently hoppy and malty aroma showing notes of biscuits, red fruits marmalade and a hint of spices; creamy palate and a good malt backbone; fairly bitter and slightly dry; long hoppy and gently spicy finish - very nicely balanced and deeply drinkable

Eher dunkelrot, leicht trüb. Recht fester langer Schaum.

Bottled, thank Bov! Hazy amber, mid sized head. Gentle hop aroma with grapefruit and canteloupe. Dry with light-medium body. Soft bready malt covered with a wealth of grapefruity hops, long salty bitterness. Balanced and very moreish. Nice and uncomplicated.

Golden orange with good billowy head. Deliciously roasty and toasty malt flavors coupled nicely with very fresh hop flavors and aromas. Very true to the style. Excellent stuff.

50 cL bottle, bought in a supermarket. Appearance: Pours in a nice amber color with 1.5 finger frothy, tan head. Clear and no yeast sediment in bottle. Extremely long lasting head! Aroma: Malty, caramel and hop notes, a hint of orange (like East Kent Goldings hops). No off flavors. Taste: Caramel notes, light bitterness, hint of orange (like in the aroma). Palate: Light-medium body, soft carbonation, bitter finish and a thin texture. Overall: Aroma improved while the beer warmed up. Really nice color and the foam lasted to the very end of the tasting. Solid APA! I would order a second one!

Cool label. Beautiful clear amber color. Nose of toasted caramel and freshly harvested wheat. Slightly creamy palate finish. Lasting hop aroma.

Bottle, thank you very much Julian! Orange, a few clouds - the bottle gushed a bit, big lacing eggshell head. Nice citrus, mango and mineral aroma. Good chewy nourishing body - Some american microbrewers could learn something here. Nice citric and piney hops, minerally leafy notes, dry yeasty on the tongue. Grassy aftertaste. Good one.

bottled, Coop, Bern – Pours clear, deep-amber. Aroma of red fruits, tastes of some malt and red fruits, a gentle bitterness with some hoppy notes in the palate.

Final bottle at the inaugural Midlands Bottle Share @ Richie’s Hop Palace. Courtesy of myself, bought from Drinks of the World in Winterthur. Pours deep amber with frothy white head. Surprisingly hoppy taste, vibrant citrus with a bracing bitterness. Despite the comments below I quite liked this.
