Bottle from Great Grog. Very hazy amber brown colour, reasonable head. Biscuit, resin tropical & citrus frut aroma. Citrus hop flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Another good Summer Wne pale ale. DanielBrown (4502) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 14, 2012
Bottle from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Smells particularly yummy - sweet, fruity hops. It’s rather dry. Finish is rather dry. Apart from the Arabian peninsular-style finish, it’s a refreshing pale ale. Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 5, 2012
Bottle from Appellation. Pours a light golden colour with a fair white head. Interesting citric aroma with grapefruit, lemon and tangerines. Similar flavours and quite bitter with lingering grapefruit and tangerines again. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Very nice. RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - APR 15, 2012
330ml bottle, Coppers, Ncl. Love the caramel aroma coming from the big hops, lures you into a bit of a false sense of security. I expected a really soft creamy palate, which you just get on the front of the tongue, but, at the back, there’s a really tangy, sharp, refreshing bitterness, with almost acidic citrus late on. Poured with a thin, clean white head and a really nice gold appearance. Another cracker. dantheman278 (1361) - SCOTLAND - AUG 1, 2012
Bottle at home. Hazy orange amber, thick rocky white head fades to a thin film. Pungent, resinous juicy tropical fruits on the nose - passion fruit, citrus, pineapple, gooseberry. Nice pithy dry palate, slightly herbal, lots of bitter grapefruit, puckeringly dry finish. Tasty.

Refreshing and nicely balanced bitter. Most enjoyable. Had at Cherry Reds beer festival. WeissGary (286) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JAN 8, 2013
Pours a lovely golden orange with a thin white head. Nice dry hopped American style IPA which dominates the aroma and pursues the taste throughout the smooth drinking experience up front which develops into a dry finish. A really enjoyable beer that really gets the American IPA style right (and at a good price!). Tomethy (33) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - APR 9, 2012
Barely any head, OK lacing. Haribo strawbs, green gummy bears and Barratts fruit salad on the nose- something I’ve recently come to associate with ethyl acetate from unsuccessful/badly aerated homebrews. Ultra-thin body. Overly bitter- not much allowed to shine through flavour-wise. Slight headache throb. Was definitely expecting more.
