Keg at The Hanging Bat. Clear amber body with a thin white head that holds well. Average carbonation. Great lacing. Incredibly pungent tropical fruit hit - lemon, pineapple and mango. Delicious flavour of Um Bongo, Lilt, caramel, lime, mango and lemon. Medium body with a oily mouthfeel. Lively carbonation fizz. A fantastic beer - a real hop bomb. Pours orange/amber with a large head.
Nose shows some tropical fruit, floral and spicy hops and a biscuity malt presence.
More tropical fruit as flavours along with more spicy hops and a fair whack of sweet clean malt. Finishes with an aggressive bitterness.
Carboatnion is moderately high which works great. Leighton (21299) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 14, 2013
Keg at the Tap East Second Anniversary Party - Stratford, London. Pours very murky gold with a creamy white head; to be honest, it doesn’t look great. It has a hefty, somewhat raw hop aroma with bright citrus, grass and pine. Medium sweet flavor with very juicy citrus character, grapefruit, mild resinous pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Well and resinous to finish with light spicy pine, rich hops, orange, grapefruit. Aside from the looks, it’s very solid. Scopey (14778) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 13, 2013
Keg art IMBC 2013. It pours hazy orange-amber with a tiny white head. The nose is orange, tangerine, marmalade, squash, sherbet and a touch of barnyard. The taste is juicy, orange, grapefruit, tangerine, Five Alive, pine, resinous, toast and earth and a touch of alcohol with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Lovely tropical fruit character. Very drinkable. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 13, 2013

Tap East Birthday Bash. Keg. Cloudy amber beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate, fine carbonation. Smooth creamy malt supports resinous hops. Thick orange and orange marmalade. Lesser peach and tropical fruits.Touch of fresh tangerine. Never too bitter, just lovely fruits. Finishes smooth.
Tap at Rutland Arms, Sheffield. Cloudy golden colour. Thin, but tight, off white head. A lot like drinking liquified grapefruit marmalade. If you’ve not tried doing that, just order one of these, next time you see it. A beer that doesn’t piss about. SaintMatty (7365) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JAN 24, 2014
