Cask; Regular.
Elbow Grease is a Golden Ale that has a big citrus hop character and a flavour that punches well above it’s abv. There are hints of citrus fruit like grapefruit leading to a satisfying hoppy dry finish.

Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium orange color with a small small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, light grapefiut, hops oily. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100118]

Cask conditioned handpump King Billy Northampton. A golden beer with a white head and lacing. The aroma is lovely and hoppy with lemon and grapefruit notes. The taste is bitter with those citrus notes again. They are not as pronounced as in the nose and therefore the beer is not quite as tasty as hoped. Still good though.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 18, 2010
Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a small, rough off-white head. Astringent citrus nose - almost grapefruitish. Light body, a little sweet fruit, loads of citrus with an astringent quinine-like finish. 180110

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Doesn’t matter what you tell some people, I told them not to buy this. Like tasting an armpit. Horrible. Gold colour. Tinny metiallic finish with sweat.

chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 24, 2009
Cask (gravity dispense) at the Bricklayers Arms Yorkshire beer festival, February 2009. Fairly standard stuff. Pale amber colour. Touch of diacetyl on the nose. Didn’t really pick up much of the proclaimed grapefruit. Clean mouthfeel. Very dry. OK but probably not in perfect condition.
