Bottle from Utobeer, Borogh Market, London. Bright yellow golden. Tall white head. Fresh smell of citrus-zest and mild spices. Distinct, refreshing lime flavor. Fine spice tones, and a firm fruity bitterness all the way throughout. Light and dry malt body. Lively in the mouth. Crisp fruity-bitter ending. A true quencher. harrisoni (18817) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2012
Bottle from Utobeer. Clear gold with thick lasting white head. Needed to decant this in order to get rid of the carbonation. Belgian yeast and fruity aroma. It’s a pretty tasty beer. The lime is a little harsh I guess. Some soap but it’s pretty damn tasty and good hops on the finish too. Beersiveknown (5295) - NORTHERN IRELAND - MAY 15, 2012
Citric lime nose. Pours lively with fluffy white head and blinded colour. Spicy dusty saison nose, touch of corriander flavour and unpleasant metallic bitter finish.

Bottle at the Beer, Bocce and Boozer Tasting, London. Thanks to Paul for this bottle. Pours hazy, yellow gold with a fine, white foam head. Bit of lime in the nose, yeah, with hay and soft grass. Light to medium sweet flavor with some bitter straw, subtle lime, crunchy grains. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Some bitter and crispy straw to finish, more hay, grainy malts, light lime and sun-kissed grass. Nice. Lime character is well integrated. Bottle from Utobeer at Leighton’s Beer, Bocce and Boozer tasting. It pours pale straw yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is lime, coriander, spice and fresh coconut. The taste is dominantly lime, as well as lemon, herbal, citrus pith, white grape and hay, with good bitterness in the finish.
