Pale Ale
Oregon is our West Coast Pale Ale, brewed with lashings of US Cascade hops. This zingy pale ale has grapefruit, sherbet, spicy floral & citrus notes, all set against a surprisingly robust malt body to bring mouthfeel & sweetness to balance this very moreish hop forward American Pale Ale.

Cask at the Euston tap. A hazed dark orange coloured pour with a loose frothy white head. Aroma is raw bready grains, brambles, toffee, hint of toast, . Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, caramel, grassy hedgerow hop,. A little dirty grassy hop biterness. Palate is semi sweet lowish carbonation, watery. Not bad.

Slightly hazy amber beer, tropical fruit and hop aroma. There’s hoppiness and bitter grapefruit in the aftertaste but the main flavour is pretty mellow.

Cask at Bow Bar. Clear golden. Nose is grainy malts, faint fruits. Taste is sweetish, still feels stronger in malts than hops, easy drinking.

Draft. A pale amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, hops, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Vissa vänskaper lämnar eviga spår i medvetandet, andra lämnar djupa ärr. Den här relationen kommer tyvärr att spolas bort och glömmas lika fort som den inleddes.

Bottle. 5.5%. Best before 31.12.15. 10 cl. sample. Pours a slightly hazy yellow, with a white head. Hoppy aroma, a bit fruity. Feels more like a classic bitter than an APA. Flavour is sweet, hoppy and fruity, same as the aroma. Bitter finish with a hint of an alcohol burn. Lingering light grassy note. Overall not bad, but nothing special either. 01.05.15.
