Pale Ale
Oregon is our West Coast Pale Ale, brewed with lashings of US Cascade hops. This zingy pale ale has grapefruit, sherbet, spicy floral & citrus notes, all set against a surprisingly robust malt body to bring mouthfeel & sweetness to balance this very moreish hop forward American Pale Ale.

omhper (25120) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 2, 2012
Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Cloudy pale amber, minimal head. Citric tangerine aroma. Fairly sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Rich salty citric hops, very clean crystal malt character. Really bitter finish. American style, both in hops and malt. I prefer when British brewers do the former, but am not too keen about the latter.

Cask at Craft. Hazy gold beer, little off white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Fresh juicy hops - orange marmalade and orange peel. Trace of lemon. Finishes semi dry. Satisfying pale ale.

keg at bow ... light hazy amber ... thin white lacing ... soft zezty orange ... too cold and fizzy ... bitter hop front ... soft orange and pine lingers ... big zezt... but little prickle

Leighton (21255) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 10, 2012
Cask at CPK, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white head. Light buttery dough aroma, bread, certainly a does of diacetyl here. Medium sweet flavor with some lightly toasted dough. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Sweet on the finish with some light earth and grain, light pine. Nice enough, though the condition doesn’t seem optimal.
