Pale Ale
Oregon is our West Coast Pale Ale, brewed with lashings of US Cascade hops. This zingy pale ale has grapefruit, sherbet, spicy floral & citrus notes, all set against a surprisingly robust malt body to bring mouthfeel & sweetness to balance this very moreish hop forward American Pale Ale.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Amber-orange with a thick creamy head. Despite a higher than average strength theres little evidence of it in its flavours and has a high citric hoppy, tropical fruit aroma with plenty of tropical fruits in its taste. Good body.

Cask conditioned air pressure Euston Tap London 12/03/13. A golden beer with a white head and lace. A pleasant but sharp hoppy nose. Bitter hops in the mouth but an uncomfortable biscuity edge which doesnt work. The aftertaste is wrong.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2016 Bottle at Deans impromptu Monday Tasting, Den Haag. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and some broken white lace. The aroma is rich nettle hop citrus malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a rich tropical fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lots going on. Lots of fresh fruit flavours.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 12/10/2012. Deep amber with a decent white head. Aroma of sweetish, citrus fruit with big, almost herbal hopping. Flavour had solid, biscuity malts, grapefruit and range and a lingering, dry finish. Very good.

Draught @ Black Door
Aroma has peaches, hops, exotic fruits, resiny notes and hints of caramel. Flavour has exotic fruits, some peaches, biscuits and quite odd woody and gluey off-flavour. Also some resiny malt. Quite strong, lingering hops in the finish with herbal notes and grass. Good.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2014 1) Keg, Euston Tap, Lahndahn, 25/11/12. Misted orange gold with a dense lacing foam. Passion fruit, lemon icing, pineapple wine gum aroma. Good zesty lemon oil bitterness, flowers, G+T freshness. Mid bitter finish. Nutty hints. Well balanced, perfumed, hoppy stuff. 2) Bottle, Beer Gonzo. Gauzy orange blonde wafting with sickbowl, grapefruit and botanical marmalade hop. Dry and rasping with floral, grapefruit and lime zest hop over nutty pale malt. Good but unexceptional. 737314.
