COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Authentic Saaz hops from the Czech Republic give our Pilsener just the right amount of spicy floral aroma. With a crisp, refreshing malt backbone and lightly spiced hops, it’s a taste of the Bohemian life.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear golden, rich head. Mildoily orange aroma. Mid-sweet with light-medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Mild grass and hay flavour, medium bitterness. Areally well made beer, providing just what Iexpect from a pasteurized, filtered Czech pilsener. Deserves to be made a kvasnicovy.

Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of spicy hops, toasted malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

As "Pilsener", a green bottle. There could be better, there could be worse, at least this particular brewery tried.
