Good but not amazing. Somewhat fruity hop aroma with some yeast hints. Taste is hop and slightly bitter with some fruit that lingers on the tongue. johnbuck100 (306) - Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 8, 2014
Bottle from the fridge, lancaster, pa. use by 03-21-14. Nice aroma. Dry, hoppy citrus - hops are forward, not much malt. A nice fresh clean IPA. I like the hop forward unadulterated hop flavor. Easy to drink if you are into IPAs. nicely done. rondphoto (4383) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JAN 2, 2014
@ Jungle Jims / Eastgate - Clear medium amber with a good 1/2" head, thin bands of lace. Taste is typical IPA: malt begins things ,starts growing in the palate, only to be headed off by strong pine hops that nearly obliterate everything. Good for hop lovers, but a little like overdoing the ketchup on the eggs. Very drinkable, not anything special. DWestrick (731) - Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA - JAN 1, 2014
bottle. Very tasty IPA. nice bitterness and fairly unique palate. Good beer. dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - DEC 30, 2013
Draft. Clear golden. Strong fruity aroma! Peach and kiwi and mango, great! Citrus hops dominate the flavour as well. Light bodied hop forward beer, sadly this would probably have higher ratings if done by another brewer.

Quite fruity. The description helped me place the fruit - kiwi can be tasted, but it isn’t out of place. Lots of lacing and a thin white head. The beer is fairly light in color. You get a big pop of flavor, nicely balanced, and it finishes clean. I don’t love the kiwi/passionfruit flavor, but this is a tasty beer. badwhale (420) - Bitterville, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 27, 2013
Bottle to glass mug. Pours a cloudy yellow with an off white head that dissapates not too quickly. Great nose of citrus & piney hops. Flavor closely resembles grapefruit. Great straight up IPA. tdoyledesign (179) - Michigan, USA - DEC 20, 2013
Pours a typical orange/gold with a nice head. Aroma is very citrus forward with a nice crisp hop note. Taste is citrus and a nice hop finish. Well balanced palate. Very crisp drinkable IPA. Brandon1989 (655) - Lewisville, Texas, USA - DEC 19, 2013
pours a copper color with a medium white head. the aroma is citrus, pine, tropical fruits, and lots of hops. the taste is citrus and fruit up front but finishes with some hope bitterness that sticks around a little while. shigadeyo (3730) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 19, 2013
12/16/2013: Summit Sága IPA... I generally am NOT a fan of Summit beers and have yet to find one that I liked, so I just stopped trying them altogether. However, I was convinced that I needed to try this one, so I did, albeit VERY reluctantly. To my surprise, this one is pretty damn good! I really like the balance and blend of the lightly honey malts and soft floral-citrus-Noble hops in the flavor. The bitterness level is actually fairly high, but it is softeness by the honeycomb and fleshy fruit flavors. This is a tricky beer to properly describe, but I’m quite pleased with it and look forward to trying it on tap if it pops up somewhere. 12 fl. oz. bottle from Party Town in Florence, KY.
