Light color. Very crisp aroma. Subtle hop presence, consistent with the style. Refreshing, easy drinking. The 4.5% ABV and crisp, refreshing taste means you could pound back more than a few of these on a hot summer evening. HughConway (830) - Washington, USA - JUL 19, 2014
12oz bottle. Pours clear golden, slight white head. Aroma’s of grass, taste is clear and crisp. A micro macrobrew. backdaft (286) - Menasha Red Light District, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 7, 2014
Can. Clear golden pour. Minimal head and no lacing. IDK whats going on here. Completely forgettable beer. Grainy and a bit sweet, with very light citrus notes. I would never have beleived it was a Summit ale. arnold931 (1263) - Iowa, USA - JUL 6, 2014
Bottle. Pours clear light yellow with bright white head. Nose is light citrus. Taste is also citrus with some sweetness. Refreshing. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 26, 2014
Pours a clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains mostly on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes pretty clean and crisp.

Pale yellow color with a medium head. Bready, wheaty aroma. Kind of a honey and wheat flavor. Dry finish. wilnatp (692) - Minnesota, USA - JUN 20, 2014
Tasted at Stanley’s Beer and Bacon Fest - May 17th, 2014 during Art-A-Whirl in Northeast. Notes were a bit light. commonmac (1201) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 20, 2014
Tap in a pint glass at Maxwell’s. Light golden color and a little bit of head. Taste is the opposite of complex. Minor hop flavor but mostly a forgettable taste. I suppose it fits the summer easy to drink requirement but not a lot going on here. I think Summit achieved what they were striving for but they weren’t exactly reaching for the stars. Meh. 12 oz. can thanks to Skyview for this. Slightly hazy gold color with a fluffy soapy white head. Active carbonation. Aroma is light grain, citrus and wheat. A mild earthy note when warm. DBob5150 (235) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - MAY 24, 2014
Flavor is much of the same. Grain, crackers and a touch of earthy, grassy hops. Real light in body with a clean, short finish. It does have a light effervescent mouthfeel from the carbonation. Very easy to drink and since it is now offered in cans, it’s a brew you can take to a local BBQ or summer party.
Not what I was expecting. Nice yellow body, good carbonation. Aroma is hoppy with hints of dough. Taste is hops with hints of pine, much like a milder IPA, than what I'd thought.
