Draught at Whole Foods Devon- Aroma of fruit, citrus, tangerine, pear, flowers, spice, grains, Saison yeast, and pepper. Poured amber in color with a medium-sized, creamy, dense, white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout. Slightly hazy. Slightly sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, and spicy. Tastes of grains, Saison yeast, spice, pepper, slight fruit, hops, and clove. Medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Fruit, pepper, clove, Saison yeast finish is dry. WisconsinBeer (716) - St. Paul, Minnesota, USA - SEP 16, 2011
Bottle. Accidentally cracked this one open from the back of the fridge thinking it was an Oktoberfest. Fuggit. Was saving it to rate it anyway. Pours a bright yellowish orange color, slightly hazy. Lively carbonation and a foamy head that quickly dissipates. Initially comes across as very light on the palate but is quickly overcome by vigorous fruitiness. Pears, tart apples, a hint of honey. Finish is dry with a bit of pepper and a clean hop hit. Not too bad. Tripplebrew (778) - Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA - SEP 22, 2011
Pours a clear lemon yellow with frothy white head. Aroma is very earthy. A mix of hay, grassy sugar. A lot of undertones of bread. Flavor is rather tart. Not a lot honey other than a minor undertone of sweetness that offsets the lemon and hoppy spruce. Body is light with a lot of carbonation. WARNING: This bottle literally exploded when I opened the first one, as in half the neck came off with the cap. 12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a very cloudy dark gold with about 2 fingers of thick white head. Aroma of honey and a little peppery spice and some Muscat grapes. Taste is light bitter and very light sour. Sour green grapes with some pepper and a good bit of honey. Medium bodied with a somewhat light texture. Lively carbonation and an oddly sour finish. Overall, not bad. Probably not something I would drink again but I’ll finish the 6-pack eventually. NJBeerman013 (1054) - Hamilton Twp., New Jersey, USA - JAN 13, 2012
Bottle. Pours pale golden with a slight haze and a huge white head. Light tangy aroma, nice peppery spice to the flavor with a touch of fruity sweetness. Finishes clean and dry. Very nice. hogan873 (451) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - NOV 4, 2012
Cloudy pale amber body with a thick lasting white head. Decent aroma of honey and spice (pepper?). Very bright palate loaded with carbonation. The flavor is similar to the aroma but a little better. Sweet and smooth up front with some honey flavor. It finishes with a nice peppery bite. A decent beer.

Golden, slightly hazed liquid. Tall yellowish, fluffy head, with light lace. Sweet and spicy aromas. Orange blossoms and lavender come to mind. Light pale malt flavors with a touch of spicy yeast. Easy enough to drink. A bit grainy in the finish. 4/11
