Draft. Pours amber red with a beige head. Lightly flowery and citric hops, with some lower pale and sweet malty notes. Pretty good.

Organic...yeah. Doesn’t do much for me. The taste is what matters. The aroma is the highpoint, actually, with a rather attractive hop nose, suggesting a particularly high quality and balanced IPA. The flavor is down a notch or two--being somewhat vegetal and murky, with a backbone but not one that I really enjoy. Reasonable. Bottle.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, Caleb out with the hookup as usual! Dark reddish orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of dull metallic notes, caramel malts, slight hints of red fruits, but pretty dull crystal malt and some slight grass. Taste is a mix of dull red fruits, slight earth, grain, hints of spice, slight grass, finishing fairly dry, slightly bitter, more metallic notes. This did not work for me.

12oz bottle. Pours dark golden copper with a small white head. Aromas of bright citrus, light tropical fruit, and nice malty base. Flavor of citrus, light fruit, and bit of light fruit and basic malt base. Nice citrusy APA/IPA.

Bottles from multiple sources. Pours pretty rurbid orange with 1-finger off-white head. Nose is intense hops, caramel malt, black peppery notes, spicy florals. Tastes caramel malty, grainy, with a big hop flavor, but not as much as the aroma would indicate. Finishes smooth, somewhat bland, with still solid hops.

12oz Draft A - Pours dark amber with a pillowy off white head. Good retention. Ok lacing. S - Citrus and caramel malt. T - Apricot with a healthy malt backbone. Caramelized malt and other citrus hops. Well balanced. M - Light/medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Mild bitter/apricot finish. O - More of a classic American Pale Ale. Reminded me alot of Blvd’s Pale ale. Nice.

I’ve been a longtime Summit fan. Some of my favorite beers come from this brewery. This one is good, but it’s a bit bright and overly sharp in an unbalanced way. It’s good, but I would still go with their classic pale over this.

Tap at Mimosa. Pours clear amber with a medium, creamy off-white head, medium-short retention with good lacing. Aroma is spicy rye, toasted malt, peach fruity esters and earthy hops. Flavor is malty, earthy, medium hops and bitterness, fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a medium white head. A nice fruity and caramel nose. The flavor is sweet malts, bitter hops, rye, caramel. More of a nice hoppy amber ale.Very good. Finishes with fruity hops.
