3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
16 oz can. Pours a dark copper brown. Medium head. Aroma is ripened fruit, a bit of plum. Some banana. Taste is a nice sweetened fruit with belgian yeast funk. Nice!
From old notes, tasted with Curtis and some friends in Nashville, probably some time near the summer of 2012, from an aluminum bottle. Pours clear copper with a thin white head that leaves a thin collar of lace. The nose is malty sweet caramel, candi sugar, some traditional, spicy Belgian yeast. The flavor is more bread with raisin, the same caramel and candi, and a bit of dry bitterness. The body is full with average carbonation and a long spicy, bitter finish. crossovert (13909) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Old Tick, to me it seemed like a strong brown ale with belgian yeast, really nothign distinct. tom10101 (6265) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 25, 2013
Hybrid can/bottle. Thanks Randall! Amber with a small off-white head and some lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, raisins, malt/caramel and fruits. Taste is moderately sweet and about the same as aroma. Medium body. Low to moderate carbonation. Average Belgian Strong Ale. anders37 (27062) - Malmö, SWEDEN - APR 29, 2013
Can. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty dark fruit and caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty dark fruit and caramel finish. Block (3183) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - FEB 13, 2013
I really enjoyed this beer and I’m a big fan of the cans. Nice hope flavor with everything in balance. Didn’t get any of the usual synthetic flavor I seem to taste from Belgian yeast.

Crazy resealable can from STfun. Fruity belgian esters with a slight spice in the finish. Pretty refreshing and easy to drink, but nothing crazy like the can implies. dbarnold (1127) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Mild flavor, slightly sweet, very much belgian though not that distinguishable in therms of what it actually tastes like. Was basically sweet, mild beer. Slightly fruity, i guess, but nothing really stood out. beerproject (129) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 23, 2012
Aroma has alot of aromatic malt. Taste is your expected belgian yeasty flavors with a little caramel maltiness. For an 8% belgian, it is extremely easy drinking. bhensonb (15758) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 4, 2012
