COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wee Mac is a Scottish style brown ale. Fermented at cooler than normal temperatures to mimic the climate of Scotland. Wee Mac is an easy drinking brown ale that is both smooth and malty wit caramel and chocolate tones. Hops are used sparingly in this beer and serve only to help balance the sweetness of the malt.

Can shared by Bob - thanks! Clear amber pour with a small foamy head. Caramel sweetness and smoked peat. Smooth but lighter palate. Pretty good.

Pint can. Chocolate, toffee, slight smoke, tannins, toast. A quick nip of hops on the front end, and a multi-layered malt experience follows, tumbling in waves over the palate. About a two out of five on the sweetness scale, and as it seems like there are a lot of sweet beers out there this year, I wouldn’t say this one is overly sweet. Enjoyed it very much.

Signed up for the first time just to rate this beer. Out of a growler. Like my beer, but by no means a beer tasting expert. But love this beer for what it is - a smooth, flavorful, but not overpowering brown ale.

Can. Pours clear brown with a small off white head that quickly dissipates The aroma has light caramel but is far from diverse or complex. The taste is sweet caramel, very basic.

Draft pour @ Harry & Izzy’s in Indianapolis. Light drinking dark beer. Good beer. Not something I would seek out.

Can. Pours clear brown with off-white head. Smells nutty. Tastes very nutty, slight chocolate, boring. A bit flat, light bodied, lacking flavor and anything remotely exciting. Not worth a dump in the sink, but not worth getting.
