Pour from 16oz can: Pours a cola brown with a thin light tan head that diminishes but has nice lacing. Aroma has a sweetness of caramel and a hint of cocoa. Malty flavor has hints of nuts, caramel, and a mild chocolately presence. Has a creamy texture and a thin mouthfeel. Easy drinking. pete4999 (1445) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUN 5, 2015
Can, as pictured. Not bad, kinda thin, just malty, caramel, etc. Pretty sweet throughout, not a lot of balance. Ok beer, finely made but nothing special. TheHOFF43 (2052) - Robbinsdale, Minnesota, USA - SEP 29, 2015
Can, straight from the can. If this beer was green I’d have no idea. I assume its normal appearance so I gave it a 3 for that. Aroma is caramel malts, sugar/sweet with a hint of chocolate. Quite nice actually. Thats a 7. Beer is sweet, malty, no hops. Caramel/chocolate undertones. Pretty nice, smooth and easy drinker. Nothing spectacular. Probably a 6.5. I gave it a 6. Palate? I don’t have a fucking palate. Its easy to drink. 3. No idea how this is rated so poorly. Its not great but its certain pretty good, especially for the style. 3.4-3.6 Finhead (1846) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - AUG 29, 2016
Slightly hazy, amber-brown pour with a frothy off-white head. The aroma has toasted malt and mild caramel. It has a light, somewhat thin body with average carbonation. The taste is sweet with a slightly sticky finish.earthy, thedm (6320) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 21, 2009
This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated golden brown colored body. The mild aroma was nutty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The nice flavor contained notes of nutty and brown malt. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Draft at MacNiven’s.
Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate toasted malt and earthy aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium toasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
Smooth and drinkable beer that is more like a brown ale. fata2683 (2202) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - JAN 16, 2011

Nose of chocolate, caramel, light earthy notes. Moderately sweet and malty nose. Pours brown with a thin non lasting head and no lace. The flavor is chocolatey with caramel sweetness, nutty notes, and a slight bitterness. Moderately sweet and malt forward. Easy to drink but unspectacular.
