Crystal Clear. Wow. No aroma unfortunately, this is the biggest thing it is lacking. In my opinion. A little syrupy, with a nicely bitter back end.

Damn good beer! Orangish pour. Off white head. Aroma is loaded with grapefruit peel, christmas trees, herbal hops and the flavor is much the same...just juicy as hell. Tons of tropical fruits with a great hop flavor. Earthy and grassy, fruity and juicy. Nice brew!! BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUN 21, 2009
Growler @ the brewery. WOW!!! What a beer...vibrant nectarine color with a bright white head that you could rest a quarter on and that left a significant amount of lacing. Aroma is pungent pine, ruby-red grapefruit, and tropical fruits. Flavor is that of a freshly cut bouquet, lemongrass, hop juice, and caramel. Oily mouthfeel that sticks to your palate, yet isn’t abrasive. Might be the best beer AZ has ever produced. YUM!!! Sparky (2244) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUN 20, 2009
On tap at the Draft Magazine PBS Beer Festival. Pours clear amber with a white head. The nose is all fresh ripe citrus. The taste is tangerine, mango and pink grapefruit. Medium mouthfeel. Really really good. I had three samples. Reminds me of Port Brewing Lou P Lin. My favorite on the day. Uwe was even pouring - can’t beat that. Avengedpoet (329) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - JUN 18, 2009
Snagged a sample of rustychiles’ at Sun Up (almost lost a finger). Luminescent amber/orange color with a respectable head. Huge piney/citrusey American hop character oozes out as aroma. Taste is really oily; like drinking pure hops but in a really good way. I’m no DIPA/TIPA guy, but this was extremely drinkable. Reminded me of Pliney. Wish there were more.

Cask @ Brewhouse. Citrus just lights up the nose along with the smell of fruit tress at blossom time in the spring. Cloudy copper body with white head. Good grapefruit flavor and some dry resin in the mix. Smooth on the palate with some juicy oranges aftertaste on the the palate.

Pours a nice oily orange with a small wite head. Aroma is huge citrusy hops. Very fresh and aromantic. Flavor is fresh citrusy oily resinous hops and a huge malt backbone to balance it out. Finishes bitter and citrusy with a nice oily mouthfeel. Fantastic IPA
